Our business encompasses three main activities: investing in private assets, investing public securities, and operating a private charitable foundation focused on the community of Southeastern Wisconsin. Our guiding values are faith, family, generosity, integrity, and creativity.
Our private investments focus on real estate and Wisconsin-based operating businesses, and our corporate funds are actively managed in public securities portfolios. These activities allow us the privilege of partnering with non-profit organizations, both financially and strategically, through The Kaztex Foundation. We operate all facets of our business from a framework rooted in Christian values; these values guide us to investments which serve and sustain our mission.
Our small team (6 people!) requires each member to be well-rounded, flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated.

Role Summary
In this role, you will serve as the manager of all administrative matters supporting the Kaztex Companies’ charitable and for-profit activities.
You must thrive in a professional family office environment, engaging with all members of the team, with a scope to include administration of financial & investment matters, a private foundation, and the office. Experience in financial institutions or wealth management/advisory firms is preferred. A good sense of humor is required.
The role is full-time, non-supervisory, non-exempt, and can offer some flexibility within standard business hours. More detail on the specific functions of this role will be made available later in the process.

Our Process During Covid-19
We are taking all necessary steps and precautions to run a safe and comfortable hiring campaign. Our process and protocol begins with a 15-20 minute introductory phone interview which may be followed by an invitation for an in-person interview.
